Our protein powder does not contain any milk/dairy. The beef protein isolate is derived from boiling down the fleshy bones, tendons, and ligaments of the animal before spray-drying into a functional protein powder. It's not granulated flesh or bones. It's similar to producing bone broth and drying it out to isolate the protein.
