Our beef isolate is made from the flesh covered bones, joints, and tendons of grass-fed and grass-finished cattle without the use of any milk product and is therefore 100% dairy-free, and does not contain any whey or casein. The manufacturing process is kind of like making bone broth and then the protein is isolated and powderized without any chemical extractions and instead using water. The hydrolysis process of our protein results in naturally occurring collagen from the native proteins.
