Great question! Our beef is not USDA certified organic. Please note that level of certification is a very costly, timely, and complex certification. If the beef is organic, the cows can still be fed grain and confined to a feed lot for time in their lives. We chose, instead, to source grass-fed and grass-finished cows for our beef isolate to ensure the cows are eating a nutrient-dense diet their entire lives, higher in healthy fats (omega 3s) and antioxidants. We believe this is healthiest for you and for the planet. Our BWBK vanilla or chocolate protein has vanilla powder, cacao, and monk fruit that are certified organic.
