For non-pregnant or breastfeeding (who we always ask to consult with their doctor first) customers, we recommend using the EAAs within 30 minutes of working out, or even during a workout for muscle recovery and to activate mTOR for muscle protein synthesis. As for protein after the workout, think of the EAAs as a boost on a hard workout day, but the protein shake after you workout is still super beneficial whether you're using it as a protein-packed Fab4 meal, or for additional lean muscle support.
Our Essential Amino Acids contain ONLY the essentials - no emulsifiers, fillers, dyes, natural or artificial flavors. They are also free from preservatives, sugar, gluten, and dairy, and are vegan, paleo, and keto-friendly.
