Many of Kelly's recipes call for ingredients that may be contraindicative for specific diets. It's always best to modify recipes to fit the diet you are subscribing to. For example, if avoiding cruciferous vegetables, there are plenty of greens swaps you can include in smoothies and recipes; ie: avocado, zucchini, mushrooms, arugula, or microgreens. Cruciferous vegetables become easier to digest for those with Hashimotos or hypothyroidism when cooked, so an option could be boiling or roasting vegetables prior to using them in a Fab4 recipe.
