We offer a 1 year warranty for defective meat mashers. Non-defective returns must be in original packaging.
Non-defective Home Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. Defective Home Products are subject to the terms of our Limited Product Warranty. Contact home@kellyleveque.com to initiate a return or warranty claim.
What's covered in the warranty:
- Protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
- Duration: One (1) year from the original purchase date.
The warranty explicitly excludes:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, alterations, or use contrary to product instructions.
- Cookware Restrictions: Damage resulting from use with non-stick, ceramic-coated, or enameled cookware.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Products used for commercial or industrial purposes.
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers (only items bought directly from www.kellyleveque.com or their official Amazon storefront are covered).
- Items without proof of purchase.
Remedies & Shipping Remedy: Be Well By Kelly, Inc. will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Shipping: If the product is confirmed defective, the company covers the return shipping cost. For all other claims, you are responsible for shipping.
